For its Spring/Summer campaign, “Set The Tone of your Hike,” SALEWA wanted to turn rhythm into a real, physical experience for its community. Launched alongside the full collection at the SALEWA Store in Milan, the campaign included a collectible set of three custom Vinylpostcards. The cards gave visitors more than a campaign message or a digital soundtrack: they offered something they could pick up, take home and play.

We are pleased to share a practical product development that improves the look, handling and usability of every Vinylpostcard we manufacture. Vinylpostcards are designed to sit somewhere special: between a record, a printed object and a personal message. That means the small production details matter. Over recent production runs, we have refined our finishing process in two important ways.

Celebrating 60 years of Highway 61, we had the incredible honor of pressing cards for the legend himself, Bob Dylan.The cards feature an unreleased alternative take of Highway 61 Revisited and are probably traveling the world with him right now. A huge thank-you to Legacy Recordings (the backcatalog division of Sony Music) for letting us be part of this — we truly think it’s history in the making!

Music Soup a sublabel of Interscope records which is focusing on emerging artists has chosen the Vinylpostcards format to make the most fuzz out of the recent single release of the up and coming US artist Wisp . The young talent quickly gathered attention through her unique style in between rock, metal and shoegaze.
